Shelly Carrion is a licensed cosmetologist and former professional makeup artist whose career began in the heart of Las Vegas. Born and raised in the city, she entered the beauty industry in 2015, starting as an assistant at the world class, Bellagio Salon and Spa. She went on to work as a stylist at top luxury resorts including The Mirage, New York-New York, and The Park MGM, where her skill and warmth earned her an award recognizing customer service excellence from the Las Vegas Metro Chamber of Commerce. Hair is Shelly’s family heirloom. Her mother was a stylist in Mexico back in the 70s and her sister continues the legacy in Las Vegas. Known for her clean, detail-focused approach, Shelly specializes in precision haircuts, including expert clipper work, alternative styles and tailored designs that elevate everyday styles with intention and polish. Now based in Carmel, Indiana, she offers a curated menu of haircutting and coloring services rooted in clean beauty and long-term hair health. Outside of the salon, she’s a wife, mom of three, loves all things Disney and serves as an electric guitarist on her church’s worship team, where she finds joy in both music and her walk with Jesus.
